Description:

This painting is intended as a celebration of the summer solstice (Litha).

The upper arch represents the sun. The triangles in the marquetry of the frame represent the rays of light. The warm colors on the wood recall the sweet honey of summer, the liveliness and the splendor of nature. Daisies are the symbol of youth and joy. They carry within them abundance, strength and a certain innocence. Butterfly wings, a universal symbol of transformation, allow humans to rise towards a greater world.

To the left of the character, we find the seven-pointed star which, for me will, always be the sign of an adjacent fairy world. Notice the brush strokes around the shapes. They are the invisible, mute vibrations that interact with us upon first contact. It is a personal frequency.
